Lunch in the Organic Garden

Throughout the year, the organic garden is where we produce most of our vegetables and herbs for the kitchen. This is also an idyllic spot to connect with nature, discover plants that grow vegetables and what’s in season.
Farm-to-table has never been so true when you savour a vegetarian lunch straight from the organic garden of La Sultana Oualidia.
Let’s meet at the garden at 11.45 am for a tour of the vegetable patch and stay for lunch.
The season's hearty vegetables take center stage with a completely meat-free menu featuring salads, tarts, soups and a selection of raw and cooked vegetables.

Depending on the season, the garden produces tomatoes, carrots, zucchinis, cauliflowers, pumpkins, eggplants, spinach leaves, rocket salad, lettuces, leeks, sweet peppers to name a few, and different herbs too.

Lunch in the Organic Garden includes:
  • A 15-minute tour of the organic vegetable garden
  • Vegetarian lunch for 2 persons (starter, main and dessert)

We recommend our guests to wear suitable shoes and bring their camera, sunglasses and sun lotion.

Exclusive dining can also be organised on the hotel jetty, around the swimming pool, under the berber tent.
