Reservation policy
Please note that under the reservation policy of the hotel, the reservation service will send you a link to a credit card authorization form to fill in.
To guarantee the reservation, the hotel will charge an amount of 50% of the stay as non-refundable deposit and 100% of the stay for reservation between the Christmas and New Year period.
Groups (5 rooms minimum): 50% at confirmation. At J-30 90% of the total amount should be paid and balance to be paid at least 24 hours before clients’ departure.
