At sunset, our Head Bartender invites guests to discover the art of cocktail creation through a workshop inspired by Moroccan flavors: homemade infusions, aromatic herbs, spices, and signature creations with or without alcohol, overlooking the panoramic views of the Medina.
Wine Tasting Experience & Discovery of Moroccan Wines
Guided by our sommelier, guests are invited to explore Morocco’s emblematic vineyards and grape varieties through an immersive tasting of carefully selected Moroccan wines.
A New Immersive Audio Guide to Discover La Sultana’s Architectural Heritage
Already available daily at 5pm as a guided tour, La Sultana Marrakech’s architectural heritage experience is now complemented by a new immersive audio guide available to resident guests.

Sunset Boat Ride & Aperitif on the Water
During the golden hour, guests embark on a traditional boat to discover the Oualidia lagoon in a peaceful and preserved setting.
This one-hour experience includes an aperitif with the Chef’s selection of savory bites accompanied by a bottle of wine, to be enjoyed on the water while admiring the sunset.
