La Sultana offers contemporary and innovative cuisine to celebrate culinary journeys around two seasonal menus: French inspirations & fine Moroccan cuisine.

As part as La Sultana’s philosophy of “Terroir Cuisine”, we showcase the best ingredients Morocco produce with “100% Botanical” options and local & ethically-sourced meat & fish.
Our cuisine is inspired by our network of small local producers to follow their harvest time and incorporates wholesome & fresh vegetables purchased locally or handpicked from La Sultana Oualidia’s own organic garden. Additionally we share the taste of heritage Moroccan products like the Saffron from Taliouine, some salt from Zerradoune, cumin from Alnif and Argan from Souss.

Barbecue Feast

EMBRACE ONE OF LIFE’S SIMPLE PLEASURES

Perched on the water’s edge at the end of the private jetty, enjoy a Barbecue Feast with wide open views of lagoon life. Witness the comings and goings of boats and sea birds, whilst lulled by soft music and the sound of the ocean.

The 20 meter long jetty stretches off the shoreline into the lagoon, and it is here you will be greeted by your Chef, who will prepare your 4-course dinner featuring the finest local seafood. Dishes include ravioli of razor clams, calamari cooked with Moroccan spices and fresh ginger, a seafood barbecue with local lobster, crayfish, spider crab and seabass, followed by a divine dessert menu to choose from.

The Barbecue Feast offers an unforgettable night enjoying one of life’s simple pleasures ‘barbecuing’, where wood is the fuel that adds the most flavourful depth to fresh, raw ingredients cooked whole from the sea and local garden.
